SharePoint PnP Modern Search Customization

I'm searching for a freelancer with experience in customizing SharePoint's PnP Modern Search components. My project involves:
* Adjusting the layout of components - I'd like to shift how search results are displayed and insert custom headers or footers.
* Adding custom filter options - Though the specifics are not yet finalized, expect to add new filter options.
* Custom templates with pop-up messages
Proficiency with SharePoint PnP components is essential; knowledge of layout design and development of customized search filter options would be beneficial. Your experience in integrating SharePoint with external data sources will be a plus. Please bid with relevant portfolio sample.
Bidder will provide snapshots of previous SPFX components, ideally custom PnP Search UIs
