SharePoint Online SPFX Webpart Development

Implement a SharePooint Online WebPart to do the following functions
1.UI with a text box, a button and a result grid(with page navigation)
2.When button click, perform a rest api for search folder name or file name in a certain document library by the keyword in textbox. the search will be wildcard query such as if user search "234', folder: /F1/F234 and document "123450222-234.docx" will be found
3.the grid could be paged by user defined items per page.
