SharePoint 2013 to Online Migration & Workflow Overhaul

I'm looking for an expert in SharePoint and Power Automate to help with migrating my intranet portal from SharePoint 2013 on-premise to SharePoint Online. This project involves recreating existing workflows and custom form design.
Key Aspects of the Project:
- **Workflow Recreation**: The current workflows to be transferred include approval processes, task automation, and document management.
- **Workflow Modification**: Significant changes will need to be made to these workflows during the migration. An understanding of the current workflows and the ability to propose improvements will be key.
- **Workflow Cleanup**: This includes removing unnecessary steps, combining multiple workflows into one, and generally streamlining the process.
