SharePoint Online Intranet

I'm seeking a skilled developer to build a SharePoint Online intranet for our team. We are a medium-sized organization with 51-100 employees. The intranet should primarily focus on document management, employee directory, news and announcements. Besides, we also need customization to facilitate onboarding and pre-onboarding processes.

Key features and requirements:
- Document management: A user-friendly system for uploading, managing, and accessing organizational documents.
- Employee directory: A comprehensive, searchable directory that includes key information and contact details.
- News and announcements: A platform for posting and sharing company updates and important news.
- Custom features for onboarding and pre-onboarding: An interactive area where new and potential employees can access relevant resources and information.

The project involves moderate customization with the addition of some unique features.
