SharePoint Online -Deploy Read Permissions Group

I'm seeking a SharePoint expert to create a new Read-only permissions group and deploy it across all sites in my tenant via script. I have script ready - resource will need to modify script for my test and production tenant, test, deploy and troubleshoot.
