SharePoint Migration & InfoPath in SharePoint 2019

I am looking for a SharePoint expert who can assist me with my project to migrate from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint 2019. Additionally, I require help with InfoPath development. The complexity level of my InfoPath forms is intermediate, with some rules and logic. The ideal candidate should have experience in SharePoint migration and InfoPath development and possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint 2019 and its features
- Experience in migrating SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint 2019
- Knowledge of InfoPath design and development
- Ability to create InfoPath forms with rules and logic
