SharePoint & Microsoft Forms Logic Expert

I'm looking for a professional with expertise in SharePoint and Microsoft Forms to implement a specific logic for a form I'm creating.
The form will collect:
1. Name
2. Serial Number
3. Country
The task involves validating the submitted serial numbers against a list I've organized by country. If a serial number doesn't match the corresponding country, I need a customized inline error message to be displayed.

- I already have the list of valid serial numbers and their corresponding countries.
