SharePoint Link Sharing Customization

I need to change the default email address used for sharing a link from SharePoint. It currently uses a "no-reply" email but I want it to a different email instead.
The task involves the following:
- Modify the link sharing email address in SharePoint to my work email.
- Ensure that the default email message for link sharing is not customized and remains the same as the current default message.
This change should be applied to all documents and items in SharePoint.
