SharePoint Learning Management System Template
Budget: $10 – $150 USD
Looking to purchase a Learning Management template for SharePoint to install on my company SharePoint Employee Portal or have a SharePoint Designer to create the template. This project is for the SharePoint template with added resources to function as a Learning Management System (LMS) that can be uploaded in SharePoint as a template without any license restrictions or fees (one time purchase for $150).
The Learning Management System should include the following: (or similar functions)
1. User Interface:
a. Admin Dashboard- include a Performance Tracking Web Part (course, learner, and site metrics), Management Tools and Quick links, Reporting and Analytics.
b. Learner Dashboard- include Course Access and Enrollment section, learning pathways, progress training and resource library.
2. Course Management- include a course document library, SCORM Content Management, learning path list, and course assignment and completion tracking.
3. Communication- include email and alert setup via Power Automate.
4. Assessment and reporting - Grade Tracking list, Power-BI Dashboards for Data Visualization, automated reporting workflows, and student feedback mechanisms.
5. Permissions and Security – include Office 365 groups for role-based access with SharePoint permission levels.
6. Integration with SCORM player- configuration of a SCORM Player integration with the LMS template (most training modules will be SCORM files).
7. Resource Materials- user guide or training material for operation of LMS with support resources to include system updates, workflows, back-up/recovery, and performance monitoring.
