SharePoint Integrated Web-Based Power App

I'm looking for a Microsoft Power App expert to develop a web-based & mobile power app. This application is expected to automate a certain range of tasks. An essential skill set for this project would be:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power Apps' suite to build web-based applications.
- Proficient in SharePoint for database management.
In the long run the application needs to allow for C-level dashboard, performance measurement and little CRM functions.
Scoping would need to happen in a conversation to explain the usage.
Since the application will be integrated with SharePoint, prior experience with SharePoint database solutions will be very welcomed.
The primary function of this Power App is to automate tasks, hence it is necessary to have a profound understanding of task automation within the Power Apps platform. Understanding the nature of task automation and being able to implement it in an intuitive user interface is crucial.
