I am looking for a experienced SharePoint expert to work on the following, this will also result in many more projects:

Certifications need to have the functionality to be superseded, leaving the previous revision on the system. (Check this keeps previous revision)
Extension on the 120 day workflow expiry for all workflows
Workflow is not working when trying to send a powerpoint through the non pdf workflow
Functionality to uprev the reports in folder
Service Reports area – The report columns for “Last Service Date” & “Renewal Date” need to automatically update with “contract Costs and Renewal Dates”
Reminder notification for Contract costs and renewal dates spreadsheet to be triggered a month before updates are due
Is there a way to send an email to the owner of the spreadsheet to select and Yes or no option of whether a service has been carried out and add a date which will automatically update in the last service date box?

A guidance manual will also need to be completed to explain the work carried out and all work needs to be completed via teamviewer.
