SharePoint Customization job.
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Small health care facility is looking for SharePoint customization, for some features that disappeared when an upgrade was done. Currently running SharePoint 12.0.
The following needs are in order of importance: (Please also see attached pictures)
1) Faxes for appointments need to be received and populated in SharePoint. Before the SharePoint software update, there was a tie in between the fax line and SharePoint. When faxes came through, they would populate in SharePoint. This no longer seems to work.
2) In the previous version, when the scheduler would schedule an appointment, there used to be a calendar icon. (The highlighted area is where it used to show.) The scheduler could click on the calendar icon, a calendar would populate, and they could pick a date. Now they only can populate the date by entering it manually.
3) In the previous version, in the appointment section, there used to be the ability to use the search box. Now when you search, nothing shows up.
4) When scheduling an appointment, the surgeon field used to be blank. The scheduler would need to click on the dropdown, to pick the surgeon. Now the problem is that the field is pre-populated with Dr. Ahmed. We have had some issues, where the scheduler did not put in the correct Dr. and it automatically filled in Dr. Ahmed when the appointment was saved.
5) Finally, HTML coding is appearing in the notes section, after the appointment is saved. (There is no picture of this issue.
