SharePoint Custom Add-in -- 2

I need to build a custom add-in for SharePoint SaaS to extend document functionality. The user can select two documents from SharePoint document library and click a button. The button will execute a command in the form of URL and sends the two documents to the URL service to open the two document in a new web page. Additional functional details will be shared upon acceptance of the project.
