SharePoint Communications Site

I am searching for an experienced SharePoint developer to take on an Intranet project for one of our Pharmaceutical clients. We are kicking off this project this week and need to start creating example layouts for selection and then we'll move into production. This project needs to be delivered in December, or earlier.
