SharePoint Automation Expert Required
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 AUD
I need an experienced SharePoint Online and Microsoft Flows developer to automate a process for our team. This entails creating Microsoft Team/SharePoint sites using templates that we have defined. The specialist should also ensure automated template selection and permission assignment during this process.
In an ideal candidate, I am looking for the following skills and experience:
- Deep understanding of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Flows
- Proven experience in automating the process of site creation, permission assignment, and template selection
- Proficient in creating SharePoint templates using elements such as document libraries, lists, and custom fields
Your duties will include:
- Extracting templates from an existing site/team
- Using these templates to automate site creation
- Incorporating key components like document libraries, lists, and custom fields into these templates
- Automating permission assignment during site creation.
Proficiency in handling SharePoint and Microsoft Flows is a must for this project.
Ideally if our templated site can be referenced each time to copy as a part of this process, it would be better than creating static templates.
1 x Teams template which has:
• 1 x Tab for Files (the Document library for the site)
• 1 x Tab for SharePoint (to the site which should be created for the team)
• 1 x Tab for Planner (templated planner board – predefined buckets, but new planner per team)
• 1 x Tab for Notebook (OneNote page for the team)
• 1 x Tab for a link to an excel document template that needs to be created for each team and stored in the document library
• 1 x Tab for Issue Tracker (a templated list in the SharePoint site)
• 1 x Power Automate tab
SharePoint site template:
• 1 x Template for the site itself (home page, look and feel etc, all lists/metadata/pages etc.)
• Job folder created as the default document library with the predefined folders/apps.
