Setting up a 365 portal environment

In the first part of the project we need to configure Sharepoint Yammer and Stream.
- A lot of customizing: in Sharepoint we need pertitions for groups with agenda functionality per group
- In Yammer we need extensive user pages so people can search on skills, interest and location
In the second face we need to integrate teams and build a flow application for user rights
- In teams we want use messaging like Facebook Messaging
- we also want to set up e-learning modules
We need a very experienced MS 365 developper to help us for a longer period
