Saving PowerApps combo boxes values to separate records in SharePoint List

I need help saving the multiple selected values to separate records in the SharePoint list. I have 4 combo boxes in my PowerApps that are connected to 4 different SharePoint Lists with the key pair for connecting the relationship. All combo boxes allow multiple selections. The columns of the SharePoint Lists are as follows:
Function List: "Function Name", "Function ID Key"
Category List: "Category ID Key", "Category Name", "Function ID Key"
SubCategory List: "SubCategory Name Key", SubCategory Name", "Category ID Key"
Control List: "Control Identifier", "SubCategory Name Key"
All relationships between the lists are 1 to many except the relationship between SubCategory List to Control List is Many to Many. Since all my combo boxes allow selecting multiple values, I need help to save the user-selected values in the format of multiple records in a SharePoint List. I have attached the screenshots of the SharePoint lists and the desired output for reference. I am willing to meet online and share my screen to further explain my issue.
