Resource matching automation

To devise workflow automation using Microsoft Power Automate (and/or Microsoft PowerApps) to match resources (classrooms and teachers) based on their availability.
Raw data come in Excel format. Integration with an existing in-house built CRM is required.
Approval for acquiring resources is required for each request. Approval and matching results are to be sent via e-mail and WhatsApp.
Calendar view of resource availability and status is required (to be shown in SharePoint).
