IT Project Manager with SharePoint and Power BI background knowledge

I'm seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a deep understanding of Microsoft products, particularly SharePoint and Power BI.

Key responsibilities include:
Working in collaboration with both external developers and internal team members.
Reviewing the current MS SharePoint and PowerBI systems (as-is assessment).
Identifying and documenting future needs and expectations (to-be planning).
Developing a realistic and actionable project roadmap.
Handling risks and managing limitations in resources.
Facilitating clear and consistent communication among all stakeholders.
Tracking project milestones and providing frequent progress updates.
