Powerapps Form upgrad from Infopath -- 2

We have a small Office365 Sharepoint development company that build custom solutions for customers.
We currently have extra work coming in, and need assistance (more team members) for Power Apps, Power Automate, Office365, Sharepoint projects that are coming in.
I have listed a project below, an old infopath form that we coverted in PowerApps but not happy with the developers work. We can either work on that PowerApps that was already made or just rebuild it. We can also do the Power Automate workflows, but if you are able to do it too, please add in the bid project.
I have attached screenshots of the old Infopath form and the some of the new PowerApps. The lists and libraries that this form will pull from is already created and working. So the project details are below:
Form Description - This is a "customer complaints form". The customer is complaining about a project and we need to log the customer details. the products, the reasons and details, and then it goes for approval to manager. If its accepted, it then becomes an "upliftment request form" which then gets sent to warehouse to collect products etc. The main difference here is where the Product Complaint is a Quality or Non Quality issues and they will then notify different departments. The field is there, we just need to route the workflows accordingly.
1. Convert Form to Infopath with fields
2. Workflow for approval dependant on complaint type to manager or MD.
3. Workflow approval to laboratory (if CCF)
4. Notification to MD (if Non CCF)
5. Warehouse Completes form
This form had been working for a long time in infopath and we wanted to convert to PowerApps but need more qualified team members to help. We are in a long term contract so there will be more work here and with other clients.
I have built my own minin project managent app on our sharepoint where I will help monitor any work that needs done.
This is one project of MANY to follow. I am looking for someone who can offer great prices, great development and be able to complete projects on time and hand over.
All communications with be dealth with via myself or a team member and then we will communicate with clients.
