Powerapp for inventory stock

hi,
i want to have a powerapp that shows all products from our inventory (sharepoint list), and the users (IT Technicians) shall have the possibility to check items out of the inventory list, and then the actual number in stock should drop by X amount depending on how many items have been checked out - should be pretty easy for a powerapp developer :)
The inventory stock should be in one sharepoint list, and then a log in another list, so we can track items that have been checked out from our inventory.
Would prefer communication by teams.
