PowerPages and PowerApps Project Finalization -- 3

Project summary
To enable a web based form for potential Suppliers to apply to become a supplier and additional web applications for labour providers.
We are trying to create an external PowerPage multi-form, including Suppliers details, financial details, insurance details including uploading supporting documentations and accepting terms and conditions.
If the suppliers is a labour provider, then the supplier will need to add all the operatives intending to work for the client. This will be done by the supplier filling out the name and emails of all the operatives and then the operatives will receive a link to another online form for them to fill out all their details, including uploading documentation and accepting various forms
As a project that's been partially completed, I am seeking a freelancer well-versed in PowerPages and PowerApps who can help implement several functionalities and see it through to completion.
You will primarily be tasked with:
- PowerPages development
- PowerApps development
Ideal Skills and Experience include:
- Proficiency in PowerPages and PowerApps
- Experience with data integration
- Capabilities in designing user interaction features
- Expertise in creating visualizations and reporting within PowerApps
- Proficiency in English
