PowerAutomate & SharePoint Email Automation
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I am looking for a professional who can automate my email processing and sending on Outlook using PowerAutomate and SharePoint. I already have a system in place, but I want to make it more efficient and automated.
Here are the specific responsibilities for this project:
- Setting up a workflow using PowerAutomate to do the following:
- Save attachments when they are arriving from a specific address.
- The email may contains multiple attachments, pdf or word files.
- Each attachment needs to be saved in a Sharepoint Documents Library.
- After they have been saved, a NEW email has to be composed for each file created.
- The email will have the file attached, and the recipient of the email will be added based on a specific keyword contained in the file. For example, if the file contains the words "polaris" the recipient will be accountspayable@polaris.
-The text of the email and subject will be the same for all emails generated with a generic text like "Here is your invoice, thank you."
