Dear Sir/Madam,
An online Document Center / Repository for our company is required where our internal users can access it to view, print and download documents.
The users should be able to search, filter and lookup some information/tag/labels related to these documents and when the item is found, to view (print or download) the pdf document or MS Office copy.
This list (database) of items and its related data (labels/tags/...) will be updated in the background by a dedicated team.
The document center can be a PowerApps accessed from within MS Teams or even better an Add-in that can be accessed/launched from within MS Outlook. An online SharePoint (with login control) can be an option as well.
Microsoft 365 is available in our company and the intended / targeted users have accounts on this M365.
