PowerApps Redevelopment \ AppStore Commercilization

We have developed and have a in production PowerApp solution for the financial industry that we like to commercialize. The application has one client on it and we like to migrate the existing the application to the clients office 365 tenancy and to build a team that can support the redevelopment of the application (version 2.0) for wider distribution (microsoft app store, direct sales, etc). Need a team that is well versed in Offce 365, PowerApps, Sharepoint and has a deep experience with PowerApps Security setup/admin, application design, integration and automation. Microsoft licensing for commercialization of the power app is plus.
