PowerApp for Mark pages as Favorites

I need a small PowerApp embedded in a SharePoint page. This app should allow users to mark the page as their favorite. The user data will be stored in a SharePoint list with their username and up to 10 favorite links. These links (hyperlinks by title) will be listed under the 'favorites' button in the app. The user should also have the ability to pin a link from their list of favorites. Need a complete code.
