PowerApp Enhancements & Export Functionality

I'm seeking an experienced PowerApps developer to enhance the functionality of my existing PowerApp and implement an output feature for PDF, XLS, and Email.
The project entails:
- Improving the current functionality of the PowerApp
- Creating an automatic export of an associated SharePoint list to PDF/XLS
- Modifying the sort order of displayed data in a field
- Checking the link from form to data to ensure all data is displayed
- Adding an option to reset a fixed date in a form
