Schedule a weekly report run from SAP Gui (I can provide the 'recording' text)
Update the excel report dynamically (rather than replacing it) to a static template (with drop down menu options recipients can choose from)
Email recipients from the report that relate to a particular date range and ask them to take a specific action as it relates to line items on the report
House all of this on a transparent sharepoint site (existing)
