Power BI Dashboard/Reports from existing Sharepoint online list

We have an existing Sharepoint online list that we manage our customers equipment/assets in. We have another Sharepoint online list that we log our customers equipment failures/incidents in. We would like a power bi dashboard created and reports created. We would like to start with one just showing the "worst actors" which would be the equipment with the most failures in a time period that we could select and change. it would pull info on the equipment tagging info from both lists. We would like to be able to run this by a specific customer. The second report we call a MTBF report. This would be a line chart that would show a monthly calculation of failures based on the total number of equipment the specific customer has. (I can explain better later). A third report we give us a way to select a customer, equipment number and it would print a clean report on the failures logged off this equipment in a chosen date range. Starting with these 3 reports would be great. More would be needed as well once we get these initial ones set up. My estimated budget may be off, not sure the cost. Please send quote/estimate.
