Power Automate Flow for Email Forwarding
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I'm looking for an expert in Microsoft Power Automate who can create a flow to forward my emails to a list of mailboxes in a round robin manner. The list of mailboxes will be stored in SharePoint. The flow should skip any mailbox where the user is currently out of office, based on their Microsoft 365 status.
Key Requirements:
- Immediate forwarding of emails upon receipt
- Intelligent skipping of out of office users
- Round robin distribution to mailboxes
Please note, I don't anticipate a scenario where all users are out of office at the same time, hence there's no need for a backup plan in such an event.
I have a flow setup which works fine except no condition to skip out of office user. I have attached an image of my flow, just need to add action to skip out of office mailbox.
