Power Automate Flow to Monitor SharePoint

I require a Power Automate flow that will automatically trigger whenever a new Excel document appears in a designated SharePoint Online folder.
Key Requirements:
- The Excel files will be named with a prefix of "Data" followed by a timestamp, e.g., Data420250128215143. Other files with different timestamps will also be present in the folder.
- The flow should identify and process the latest Excel file each day.
- All data from the Excel file, which is formatted as an Excel table, should be stored in a SharePoint list.
- The flow should run anytime a new file appears replacing the current data in the list with each new file.
Ideal Candidates:
