Power Automate Approval Process
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I am looking for a freelancer who can create a power automate approval process for Microsoft SharePoint. The ideal candidate should have experience with sequential approval processes and be able to work with a clear description of the process steps provided by the client.
Skills and experience required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint
- Experience in creating sequential approval processes
- Ability to work with a clear description of process steps provided by the client
There will be 6 levels of possible approval depending on the transactional value:
Level 1 - Up to £20k requires level one approval (team of 3 people - Officers)
Level 2 - Up to £50 requires level two approval (team of 3 people - Senior Officers)
Level 3 - Up to £150k requires level three approval (team of one - Manager)
Level 4 - Up to £600k requires level four approval (team of one - Head of Department)
Level 5 - Up to £20m requires level five approval (team of one - Head of function)
Level 6 - Above £20m required level six approval (team of two - Director)
Each approval could start at either of the six levels above. example of level one team member could be working on a project that requires a level 6 approval (above £20m) and all six approvers would approve on a sequential basis.
There may also be times where a level 4 approver may need to may need to approve a level three approval should people out of office and an urgent approval is required.
