Power Apps Project -- 2

I am looking to convert an excel workbook we use for bidding purposes to Sharepoint lists and to create a Power App to access and create new bids. Attached is the excel workbook template and a PDF of how I envision the app would look. I am open to ideas on the layout. We need a gallery of Customers and associated Projects for that customer.
