Overview - I am looking for a Canvas app to allow users to request SharePoint sites. I will provide the fields and you will design a Canvas app (with SharePoint backend) for users to fill out. You will NOT need to create any Power Automate Flows - just the app. UI is very important and the app should not just the default appearance for Power Apps. You should be experienced in adjusting the appearance of the components to give a better user experience.
