OneDrive Configuration for School/Teacher/Students

As described I need you to configure our One Drive (Microsoft 365):
Currently we are using groupwise as document server: Every Teacher has his own Network Diskdrive, all teacher have a shared network drive, every student has its own network diskdrive. Currently the teacher have a group (Sharepoint): "Lehrerteam". All the students/teacher have their own microsoft365 login. What I need to achieve is the following:
Create a Onedrive Folder(?) which all the Teachers can access. In this folder I need a folder "Exams" which can be written/read/changed/created by the teacher. Every teacher should be able to create a folder inside and give write access to the students (no read) - students should only be able to write to the specific folder and not be able to read/download other documents.
