Office 365 Troubleshooting Needed

I'm facing two critical issues with Office 365 that need immediate resolution.
Email Address Issue:
- User's primary email address is not changing to what it's set to in local Active Directory.
- I've already tried syncing with AD and performing a manual update in Office 365, but neither was successful.
SharePoint Domain Name Change:
- I need to change the primary domain name for SharePoint, and this needs to be done this weekend.
