Office 365 Form Creation for Council Nominations
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I'm looking for an Office 365 expert to create an online form for voting nominations for our council board of members.
Key Requirements:
- The form should collect nominee information including Name, Title, and Area.
- Responses should be processed in a dual manner: automatically stored in a spreadsheet and also sent via email notifications.
- the drop-down list of names is linked or extracted from a MS Sharepoint list library.
- minor validation rules of the selection
Ideal skills for the job include:
- Proficiency in Office 365, particularly in Forms and Sharepoint Power automate or apps.
- Experience with automated data processing and email notifications.
