Nintex workflow and form development

I have a working workflow and form that needs to be replicated and all its existing issues fixed.
existing issues are: 1-Notification sometimes works and sometimes does not. (all smtp and security good) 2-re-do the nintex form which is only 1 form to re-do as the existing one has "views" depending on temporary IDs of another views which is very bad.
I want this to be done within 15-20 days.
