Need to transfer Dropbox to SailPoint

We would like to move to Office 365 SharePoint
Currently we have Two Office 365 licence and use Dropbox for storge.
We would like to use only our NOT FOR PROFT account (currently idle)
We have 11 users.
We would like to move (transfer) all what is on Dropbox to SharePoint or Office 365 E5
We need someone with the Technical Knowledge to do it for is
There will be some files restricted to just one (me) admin. Them files restricted to three or four persons.
Access to our accountant.
The rest of the staff share according to the level of access.
