NPM SPFX SME

Need a SME to assist in configuring DEV environment for SharePoint framework, setting existing solution, analyzing dependencies, setting ARTIFACTS, REGISTRY, variables etc. Should be experinced to understand NPM and GULP errors.
Work will be done in multiple sessions mealtime in ET zone
