Multi-user Database Application for Talent Identification

Operating in SharePoint environment we seek the development of an Access or Excel application including three data entry forms, support data tables and database, and two summary reports (Top Talent Strengths and Composite Skills Rankings) complied from entered data. Data entry forms to accessed by multiple users in real time.
