Multi-List PowerApps Function for SharePoint

I'm looking for a PowerApps expert to create a robust function in PowerApps which can assist me in updating and patching details across three separate SharePoint lists. The lists are as follows:
- Demand List
- Payment Collection List
- Payment and Demand List (Merger of Both)
The ideal candidate for this project should be experienced in Microsoft PowerApps and SharePoint. In particular, they should be able to:
- Develop a PowerApps function that can update multiple SharePoint lists simultaneously
- Understand and implement the nuances of SharePoint lists, including field types and data structures
- Ensure the function can handle real-time or batch updates
- Deliver a user-friendly and efficient solution that can be easily deployed for future use
