Monthly Microsoft License Usage Report

I'm seeking a freelancer proficient in Power Automate and Power BI who can help me track our Microsoft product license usage.
The tasks involved are:
- Generating monthly and annual reports on Microsoft product license usage from our Azure directory, focusing solely on the IT department.
- The report should cover usage of Office 365 and Azure.
- Saving these reports to SharePoint.
I would also like to have a Power BI visualization of the data, so experience with this tool is crucial.
