I have a sharepoint site and need instructions on how to make the following updates updates:

Update the current version contol
Positioning of watermark update
Update of current workflow
Approval date column formula corrected
Electronic signing of approved documents
New subfolders locations added within the document folder and implemented into workflow
suggestion on how to improve the system
Altering of numbering system
