Migrate from access

We have an access file (mdb) that serves as a frontend and connects to a SQL db in Azure. We are looking for an alternative to access because we cannot put the access file into Sharepoint. We are looking for an alternative solution. Ideally we would like something that we can host in azure so that we get the speed benefits. Approx 25 staff use files.
