Migrate Data from CMS to Sharepoint

We are moving our 'intranet' from a sign in required portion of our website to sharepoint pages with users set up with emails external to the company as team members to access. This is mostly just copying text across and re-creating the site structure. Primarily this is just a copy/paste task with some page creation in sharepoint.

Please see the attached PDF for the site tree and for some examples of data to copy across.

We are after a standard template for the pages within the site and for all files to be located in our sharepoint data store.
