Microsoft sharepoint project page

I am looking to hire a professional to create a project page on Microsoft SharePoint for me. I need the project page to include task tracking, and it must have private permissions. I have an existing platform to work off of as well. The project page should have a modern design, and be intuitive and user-friendly. I expect the project page to function without any bugs or glitches. I am looking for someone to help ensure that the project page is robust and secure, so that all of the information is kept safe and private. I am open to creative suggestions from the developer as well, if there is an easier or faster way to achieve the desired results.
