Microsoft power App creation with excel sheet and add in sharepoint

1. I have my project xml/excel sheet which i exported from abode workfront. as i am not sure how to connect sharepoint with workfront.
2. Need to create powerapps app from excel sheet with all column in single row like task, assignee, due date, percentage complete etc.
