Microsoft office 365 SharePoint intranet

I am looking for someone to create a Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint intranet for my business. The features I want included are custom workflows. I have some ideas on the design for the intranet but am open to suggestions. Additionally, I am not yet sure if my team will need training on how to use the intranet or not, so this is something that will need to be discussed. The right candidate will have experience creating SharePoint intranets and be able to advise me on the necessary features to get the most out of our new intranet.
