Microsoft PowerAutomate, Power App, Power BI, SharePoint List and Email Notifications
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
1. I have a ms form to collect responses from external company people.
2. Power Automate (1) sends the responses to SharePoint List.
3. and (2) sends email notification to the appropriate Internal person based on relationships defined in another SharePoint List.
4. I need to create a Power App that users can use inside of Power BI, to change the "status" of an Item in the SharePoint List from open to close.
5. Then, Power Automate should Send “Status change” notification emails to the person who originally submitted the ms form.
6. And Power Automate should update the SharePoint List with the updated status
